The North Babylon Fire Company responded to a report of a vehicle fire Eastbound Southern State Parkway just before Deer Park Avenue. Brentwood Legion Ambulance Chief rolled up on it and confirmed a fully involved auto. Upon arrival of the first due engine, the decision was made to go to foam operation due to leaking gasoline. The fire was quickly extinguished and no injures were reported.
